Has the mass exodus begun?
by kool aid man06 init's truly exciting to see all of the "rapid fire" changes taking place in the watchtower org.
buildings are being sold, kingdomhalls are "compressing", bethelites are being sent home, watchtower format changing to public issues and private issues, more and more judicial committee meetings being held for apostasy.
(the watchtower is dead it just hasn't fallen over yet!

Anyone had health problems disappear after leaving the WT?
by by grace ini'm looking for people who have had the experience of becoming very sick with chronic pain, an auto-immune disease, or some major health problem (collitus, diabetes, etc.
) while being involved with jehovah's witnesses, who then had a complete reversal after leaving the jehovah's witnesses.
i am planning to write a book about my experience, and i'd like to get an idea of how many people out there have had a similar one.

i was diagnosed with advanced grave's disease (hyperthyroid), which is an auto-immune disease, and it amazingly "went away" shortly after i left the organization.

New here.
by On the Fence inthis is my first time posting, although i've read for a while.
i've been a (bad example of) a witness now for about 15 years.
in all those 15 years, i did not at any time have a good friend within the congo.

Anniversary of sorts today, 6 years since I left
by dedpoet inyes, it is 6 years today since i entered a kingdom hall for the very last time, and with each passing year this particular "anniversary" gets happier.
even better this time, i have so many people to share it with who have had the same kind of jw experiences as me, in the past the friends i have made since leaving the lie kind of acknowledged it, but didn't really understand, so i just want you all to share in my joy today.

Is the Watchtower hurting financially?
by truthseeker inwhile surfing e-watchman's paradise forum, i clicked on one of the topics i never go to, "our meetings & assemblies" and found an interesting post on the wt bleeding financially.. it was posted 3 months ago.. http://e-jehovahs-witnesses.com/viewtopic.php?t=2888&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=0.
in my neck of the woods (which shall remain anonymous) the do and co have been circulating the rumour that the watchtower society is in financial straights and is being bled dry.
this must be very pressing.
